About this Webinar

Please join us for a webinar diving into efforts to reach infrequent voters using an Out Of Home advertising strategy, in other words meeting people where they are, where they go, and on the systems they use to get there. “Off-list” and infrequent voters are difficult to reach as they either don’t exist in the voter file, or they have outdated records with incorrect information. These voters also lack reliable third-party commercial data, making attempts to contact them using traditional methods unsuccessful. Because of these challenges, the voices of these eligible voters often go unheard and, as a result, the issues these voters prioritize often go unaddressed by elected leaders. Come for the cool visuals, stay for the important data. Come learn about large-scale out-of-home advertising programs that mobilize underrepresented and low-propensity voters by reaching them directly in their communities. The webinar will offer an overview of the strategy, share research regarding its effectiveness, and show examples of the work. We will walk the 2024 strategy that includes embedded experiments, programs in nearly a dozen states, and working to launch programs in indigenous communities for the first time ever.
